Guide rail device

Special aluminium alloy variable line guide rail, when the door moves up and down, the guide wheel mounted on the door plate presses the door to the door frame at the corresponding position in the aluminium alloy guide rail, so that the door can effectively ensure its sealing performance. Corresponding measures are taken on the guide rail and the door panel to prevent chain breakage to ensure safety.

Configuration system

Counterweights are made of Q235 material, the weight is calculated accurately according to the weight of the door body; the counterweight system is made of stainless steel wire rope and is hidden in the counterweight box on both sides, the insurance factor is designed to be 5 times, and the counterweight box and the track system are integrated as a whole.

Application

Applicable to automatic three-dimensional cold storage, cold storage door opening left and right installation space is limited, the upper space is larger.

Transmission and electric control

The controller adopts TEXAS INSTRUMENTS Texas Instruments DSP control chip, American FAIRCHILD Fairchild power module, full closed-loop space vector PWM control, segmented position positioning through German 1024 high-resolution encoder, forming six adjustable speed control, without the need to install limit switches.

Adopting permanent magnet servo motor as the power unit, no need for deceleration mechanism, through synchronous belt drive, with counterweight and fall prevention device, to ensure the safety and practicality of the electric door. The controller has its own signal input and output signals, which perfectly matches the three-dimensional cold storage of automatic assembly line.
