The mechanical loading door seal consists of a front frame and a rear frame made of aluminium profiles, which are connected to each other by means of brackets. The frame structure is wrapped in reinforced polyester fibre. In the event of an inaccurate stopping of the vehicle, the sides and top of the door seal are pinched back and the top is raised automatically. This avoids damage to the loading door seal by the vehicle. The front frame fixing wall has two layers of fabric reinforced material and the top wall has an opening in the main wear area, which can be partially stripped with two layers of overlapping material at a small additional cost if required, and is supplied with all fixing material and sealant.
