Compression condenser is a key equipment commonly used in refrigeration systems
Compression condenser is a kind of key equipment commonly used in refrigeration system, which realises the refrigeration effect by compressing and condensing the working medium. In the refrigeration system, the compression condenser undertakes the important task of sucking and compressing the low-temperature and low-pressure vapour into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and then cooling the gas into liquid through the condenser.
The working principle of the compression condenser is to suck the low temperature and low pressure vapour into the cylinder of the compressor, and then compress it through the piston in the compressor. During this process, the temperature and pressure of the gas increases as it does so, eventually discharging the gas out of the compressor. Subsequently, the high-temperature and high-pressure gas is cooled through a condenser, which causes the gas to condense into a liquid. Finally, the condensed liquid then enters the evaporator through the expansion valve to complete the entire refrigeration cycle.
